The dinner kicks off with a welcome cocktail at 6:30 p.m., but the real fun starts at 7 p.m. Throughout the show, videos & music are played to transport diners to that region. Sykes creates a tailor-made wine pairing for each menu to enhance the meal while explaining his selections through the dinner with Chef Julio.
