I wanted to let you know how thankful my wife and I are to your company and more specifically Marcie! We recently got married at Sandals Negril, followed by our honeymoon at Sandals Whitehouse. Both my wife Leigh Anne and I were completely unsure of where to go and how to plan, until Marcie came to our rescue! It seems so rare these days to find someone who really cares about getting you exactly what you want, but that’s what Marcie did. She listened to what we were wanting, answered a multitude of questions, and got us every bit of information we would need to make the right choice. And to make it even better, everything was answered or given to us in a very timely manner. Her ability to organize all of this with us and my out-of-control family even amazes me!!! It was like Disneyworld, where even the impossible seems to happen!
I will admit that I'm not always an easy customer to please, in fact, I am quite difficult much of the time (just ask my new wife), but Marcie exceeded all expectations we had for your company’s service. I am amazed that I never once caused her to lose her patients at all. After this, I wouldn’t even think about going on another trip/vacation before speaking with Marcie and your company and I am very excited to spread the news about Beach Bum Vacation™. Marcie led us in the perfect direction for our wedding/honeymoon and really made our dream come true. It was perfect! You’re lucky to have her on your team! Thank you!
