You were right about the upgrade as soon as we arrived the concierge informed us we were being upgraded to the next room category that included 24 hour room service and a full bar. The room was gorgeous, and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The first thing we did was get in the water, we were in shock that it was warm, I think we spent almost half the trip in the water either swimming, windsurfing, or water skiing. My husband learned how to sail the hobie cats and is now trying to convince me we need to buy a boat. The service was great and the atmosphere was so relaxed we didn't want to leave. The wedding planner was great she handled everything so all we had to do was show up. The pictures turned out great and everyone at home loved seeing the wedding video on-line. Overall we had a great time and would go back for an anniversary visit in a few years. Your staff was great with getting everything set up and answered all of our questions before and after the trip. We will defiantly call you the next time we take a trip.
