Working with Marcie from Beach Bum Vacation was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to her, we had an unbelievable wedding at Dreams Cancun!! She booked about 30 guests of ours, and not only was she on top of it, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, she was ALWAYS available to answer our questions, whether they were about the resort or the wedding. If I ever needed to get a hold of our wedding coordinator, she gladly stepped in and helped. She would email me back sometimes at 10pm!! That's dedication!!
To top it off, all of our guests were given room upgrades when we arrived, and they were all pleasantly surprised by that. All of my guests that worked with her were very pleased! We would never have been able to switch our flights around last minute from Mexico if it weren't for Marcie.
I have recommended several friends to her & will continue to do so. She transformed us from internet-travelers to travel agent-travelers! We’re already talking about where to go next! We can't wait to go back!!!!
