Hi Steve, you happily & QUICKLY handled millions of questions, looked for a great resort within our budget & gave us great information along the way - but 5 days before we were due to leave on our trip, Hurricane Wilma hit our resort! Steve was on the phone & email with me nonstop helping us find a
comparable alternative to switch to with 5 days notice. He even took
into account the other storms brewing and sent us to Puerto Vallarta,
which I think might have even been better than our original trip!!
Trip insurance covered the additional cost (get trip insurance!!) We
had an INCREDIBLE trip to paradise. Thanks so much to Steve for being
so knowledgeable, helpful and helping me keep my sanity when I was
afraid our trip was gone for good and for finding an even BETTER
option for us!
